私がお願いしたいのはネガティブ評価を変更していただくことです。
本来は修理させていただきたいのですが、ご返送していただかなくてはいけないので、手間と費用がかかるのでそれは必要ありません。
カメラが故障したことのお詫びと、カメラの修理代として、一部ご返金させていただきたい。
レンズは使えるとのことですので全額ではありませんが300USDをご返金し、そのかわりポジティブに変更いただけませんでしょうか？

All that I require of you is that change the feedback you gave me to positive feedback. I supposed to repair the product but you have to send it back to me and it costs time and money, that won’t be necessary. Instead of that, I’d like to pay back 300 USD for repair of the camera and a token of my apology.
You told me that the lens works, so it’s not a full refund but would it be possible to change the feedback to positive from negative feedback? That would be great if you could.
