ご連絡が遅れて申し訳ありません。
Agitoのレッスンの日程につきましては、どちらの日程も予定が入っており、受けることができません。
現在、他の業務で忙しく、時間を作るのが難しい状況です。
こちらの都合で申し訳ありませんが、Agitoのレッスンを受けないと言うことは可能でしょうか？
もしレッスンが必要な場合は、12月3日以降でいくつか予定を伝えて頂けますか？

My apologies for the belated contact.
As for the Agito's lesson schedule, I am not able to accept it for either dates because I have a prior arrangements.
Currently I am tied up with other tasks and it is difficult for me to spare some time.
I am sorry for the inconvenience caused at my end, but is it possible for me to skip Agito's lesson?
If the lesson is still required, would you please give me a few of your availabilities anytime after December 3?
