先日、貴方から購入した商品が日本の税関で検査を受け、知的財産権を侵害するものと判断されたようです。
税関から商品を処分する旨の通知が届きました。
税関に電話で問合せましたが、日本の法律上どうすることも出来ないようです。

この度のトラブルはお互いに残念なことと思います。
私も楽しみに商品を待っていただけに、とても残念です。そこで、親切な貴方に相談をしたいのですが、
全額の返金は貴方にとっても大きな負担となると思いますので、購入価格の半額の＄90だけでも返金をしていただけますでしょうか？

The item I have purchased from you received an inspection at the Customs in Japan the other day, and it seems that it has been determined that it infringes the intellectual property rights.
Although I called the Customs, I was told that they have nothing to do according to the Japanese law.

It is a terrible shame for both of us.
I am very disappointed as I was looking forward to receiving the item.
Therefore, I would like to ask you a favor.
Would you be able to refund me the half the purchased price which is $90, as it would be difficult for you to give me a full refund?

「 it seems that it has been determined that it infringes」→itが多すぎることに加え、日本語に引きずられた英文になっています。受動態ではなく能動態で書けるはずです。
「税関から商品を処分する旨の通知が届きました。」に対応する英文がないようです。
