クラスでは大人しい、絵を描くのが得意などこにでも居る普通のオタク。高校の頃「めちゃイケ！」で岡村VS ゴリのダンスバトルに衝撃を受け、やってみたくなる。大学に入ると漫研かダンスサークルどちらに入るか迷ったが、サークル案内に漫研が見つからなかったためダンス部に入部。当時珍しかったメガネダンサーとして注目を浴び、各地のダンスイベントで巨大なインパクトを残し、時々優勝。大学卒業後昔から夢だった漫画家を目指すべく東京アニメーター学院に入学。

In my school days, I was an ordinary quiet nerdy kid who was good at drawing. When I was in a senior high school, I was hugely influenced by a dance battle of Okamura vs Gori in the TV show, "Mecya Ike!", and took up an interest in dancing. When I enrolled in an university and was to pick up an extra curricular activity, I was torn between a cartoon club or a dance club. I couldn't find a cartoon club in a brochure, and joined the dance club. I drew an attention as a dancer with specs which was rare at that time, left a big impact in the dance events around Japan, and sometimes won at the competitions. After the university graduation, I enrolled in an animation school, Tokyo Animetor Gakuin to be a cartoonist, my childhood dream.
