添削どうもありがとうございました。原文の日本語から想像すると、まだこれから出荷をする段階で、「その際に」インボイスが必要とありますので、現在形で「出荷が止まってしまっている」のはないと思いましたが、添削後の文章の方が切迫感が伝わるのかも知れませんね。
