偽のリストを作成したというのは全くの誤解です。
我々のポリシーと日本の法に沿ってベストの対応しましたが、残念ながら悪い評価を残されました。
我々はこれまで500件ほどのギターやベースを販売しましたが、この1件以外は全て良い評価を

We checked the shipping fee, and It costs 133 dollars to send the base to UK by EMS.
We have shipped many guitars and bases to UK before.
If you would like to add sufficient fluffy cushions, the cost will be this amount.
The recent negative feedback isn't correct.
We made the fake list is totally not true.
We were committed to do our best along with our policy and Japanese laws but unfortunately it left bad feedbacks.
