消費税は当方に支払い義務がございますが

また、これに加え国際送料の差額についても
補填お願いします

この差額は御社の取り分ですか？
そこの部分も明確にお願いします

それがわかれば、次回の送料に充てるという案で了解です

ただ次回以降は事務所に直接配送されるのでしょうか？

そうでない場合、今後利用することはないと思います

We are obliged to pay consumption tax, but please bear other fees at your side (around $300).
