Customer acknowledges that certain of xx LLC’s (“xx”) products (including, but not limited to, its hard goods, soft goods, design/art/concept work, defense services and technical data) may be subject to U.S. export laws and regulations, including but not limited to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations, Arms Export Control Act or the Export Administration Regulations (each such regulated product a “Regulated Product”).
