There's a problem with the Henckel razor in Los Angeles Customs. I just got off the phone with the USPS here and they told me that you need to go to your post office and fill out an inquiry for this razor. It's basically a form that is for a lost or stolen item. I don't really feel like waiting weeks and weeks for the post office to find this razor so what I would like to do if you can't find this in a hurry is have you send me another one equal to or better than this one I purchased from you? I don't need this exact razor unless it's the nicest one you have? If you have a nicer one and it's more expensive I will gladly pay the difference.
ロサンゼルスの税関で、問題のヘンケル製カミソリに関連したトラブルが発生しています。ちょうど今USPSとの通話を終えた所ですが、彼らは私に伝える所では、そちらの郵便局にお行になり、このカミソリに関する調書に記載をする必要があるとのことです。調書というのは、遺失した又は窃盗被害にあった物のための書式といったものです。私としましては何週間も郵便局がカミソリを見つけ出すのを待っているのはあまり好ましくないので、もしそちらですぐに見つけ出すことが出来ないようでしたら、そちらから私が購入したものと同等の、又はそれより上等のものを代わりにこちらに送って頂きたいのですが、どうでしょうか？完全に同じカミソリでなくてある必要はないのです、もし私が購入したものがそちらでの最高品質のもので無いのでしたら。もし、私の購入したものより上等なものをお持ちで、しかしその値段も高くなるということでしたら、喜んでその差額をお支払いいたします。
