契約者は私になります。よってビザ取得後の契約となります。赴任は11/1ですが、11/1前にビザ取得できるように準備しています。
(確認事項)
・2年契約を希望します
・契約の際に必要となる費用はデポジット2ヶ月分のみで良いか、他に必要な経費はありますか
・支払いタイミングはいつになりますか
・支払いは現金のみですか
万が一他が契約することがあれば私はこの物件をあきらめ11/1より新たに物件を探すことになります。
その際はご協力お願いします。

Contract is made under my name. Therefore the contract will be concluded after visa is obtained. I will take the post on November 1st but I am preparing so I can obtain visa before November 1st.

-Please confirm only 2 month deposit is needed for contract or is there any other expense needed?
-When is the timing for payment?
-Can payment only be made by cash?
In case there is other person who makes contract, I will give up on this property and will start new one on November 1st.
