Additional info: アメリカの仕入先メーカーへ、不良品に関する相談をしています。
できるだけ不良を減らしているという、こちらの努力を認めてもらいたいという事と、
不良の報告方法をできるだけ簡易にしてもらいたいと思っています。
宜しくお願い致します。

不良品を御社に報告する場合は、主な不良内容の画像とその数量をご提示すれば宜しいでしょうか？
それとも、
１つ１つ個別の画像が必要でしょうか？
１つ１つ個別の画像に加え、説明書きが必要でしょうか？
申し訳ございませんが数量が多いため、
以前の様に動画は撮れません。

また、不良品は送り返す必要はございますか？
当社でも十分気をつけますが、
不良品を２重で報告してしまうといった事も考えられますので、
この様な間違いを防止する何か良い案はございますか？

I have some questions to ask.
In case report defective articles(items), is it OK that I show you the image of the main defective part and the number of the defective items.
or
Do we have to send you the all images of them?
Do we need to send the explanation innaddition to those images?

Because the defective items are so many that we can't take so many videos as we took before.

Then, do we need to send the difective items back to you?
We"ll handle it with more care, but it will be possible to report again doubly by mistake.
Do you have any good idea to prevent such a mistake.
