説明不足で申し訳ございません。
EBAYのシステム上、インボイスで価格を調整できるのは送料の金額だけのようなのです。
今回の場合は送料$20なので、これを$0にしてインボイスを作成しましたが、商品代金を値引き修正できませんでした。
全額で$26.1の値引きの予定ですが、現在お送りした、インボイスでは合計$206.1になっているかと思います。
こちらのインボイスで一旦決済していただき、決済確認後paypalからすぐにこちらで$6.1USD分を返金手続きしますので、ご協力ください。

Regarding the price in a invoice , only a price of freight is able to be changed in the system of EBAY.

Since the freight is $ 20 in this case, we made an invoice with $ 0 as freight, but could not
discount the price of goods.

I think the total amount in the invoice sent now is $206.1 though $26.1 of discount is expected totally.

We hope you to settle payment for this invoice once.
We will make the remittance as the refund of $6.1 by paypal upon confirming a settlement of payment.
