壊れた実物を見せた方がダメージレポートの記入がスムーズに進むのではないかと思ったのですが、返送の必要はないことを郵便局で伝えたほうがよいかもしれません。

• "bill"とはインボイスのことですか? いずれにせよパッケージの中には入れないとのこと了解しました。
