ダンボール箱に破損はありませんでした。
ウッドキャビネットにも破損はありませんでした。
当方の考えでは、CDプレーヤーを囲ってあった緩衝材が硬かった可能性があり、
本体が動いた衝撃でガラス部分が割れたのではないかと思います。

梱包資材はそのままの状態で保管をしております。

There was no damages on the carton.
No damages on wood cabinet, neither.
It may be seemed that buffer materials were too hard to absorb the moving impact of main body, the glass part was broken accordingly.

We keep packing materials as they are.

Now we understood.
