通常ですと、お客様の送料ご負担で日本まで商品を送り返していただくのですが、送料がとても高額となってしまいます

I understand you want to return the goods you purchased.

Usually we ask customers to send back the goods to Japan and cover shipping expenses for that, however it would be very expensive.
We feel it's not appropriate that you cover such expensive cost, therefore we will refund the full amount of money which is for the cost of goods excluding shipping expenses and charge for service.
In terms of the goods you received, we are happy if you can give it someone of your family or friends who can wear it so that wide range of people can recognize the good quality of Japanese products.
