電源が入らないそうです。

再び電源が入らないとのことです。
ヒーティングチャンバーの不具合により、バッテリーを交換してもすぐに
新しいバッテリーも使用不可能になることはありますか？
あるとすれば、これはバッテリーだけでなくヒーティングチャンバーも同時に交換しなければ
ダメなのでしょうか？
もしそうであれば、バッテリーとヒーティングチャンバーの両方の保証を希望します。
