また、本日もお客様から返品の連絡が来たのですが
電源が入らないそうです。
実はこれは、一度　バッテリーのみを交換して動作確認をして送り返したのですが
再び電源が入らないとのことです。
ヒーティングチャンバーの不具合により、バッテリーを交換してもすぐに
新しいバッテリーも使用不可能になることはありますか？
あるとすれば、これはバッテリーだけでなくヒーティングチャンバーも同時に交換しなければ
ダメなのでしょうか？
もしそうであれば、バッテリーとヒーティングチャンバーの両方の保証を希望します。

I was once again informed by the customer today about returning the product as its power cannot be turned on.
The battery of this product has already been replaced, checked and sent back to the customer, but it seems that the customer cannot turn it on again.
Can problems of heating chamber cause the new battery to immediately become unusable after replacement?
If that is the case, should the heating chamber be replaced as well, together with the battery?
If so, I would like to request for the warranty of both the battery and the heating chamber.
