お客さんに商品代金を返却しなくては、なりません。また、ブーツのお金は、近日中に必ず支払うので、靴のお金は返金お願いします。
このお金がないと、本当に会社を運営することができません。

I'm afraid to ask this but will you refund the payment to our bank for now? This money was collected rom customers as a payment of shoes. Since the item did not become available I have to refund the amount of the item to the customers now. Also I will make sure to pay for the amount of boots soon so please make refund for shoes.
I won't be able to run the company without this money.
