私達は先月から要求してきた御社のインボイスも提出して頂けない、住所も電話番号も不明、
この状況では返品しか方法はない！
御社がA社と関係ないことはA社に電話した際に言われました。
私達はA社から購入したのではなく御社から購入したのですから、御社の情報が必要でした。
運送会社もA社とコンタクトを取りましたが、私の名義での購入はないとのことで情報を得られませんでした。
もう待てませんので、PayPalより返金の手続きを始めます。
何か解決法がありましたら運送会社に連絡して下さい。

You don't submit invoice we had been requesting since last month, address and phone number are unknow, the only solution under this situation is return!
I was informed by A over the phone that you and A have no relation.
We bought from you and not from A so we needed your company information.
Our courier company also contacted A but no information was provided because the purchase was not made under my name.
I can no longer wait so I'll start process for refund via PayPal.
