直近でパフォーマンスが急激に落ちたことを心からお詫びします。
キャンセル率が大幅に上がったことについて大変申し訳ありません。
今回多くのキャンセルが出た理由としてはcsvでの商品アップロードする際のシステム上にて料金調整機能にエラーが発生しており、本来の希望価格より大幅に下回りアップロードされてしまっている商品が若干発生していることが挙げられます。

かなり見かけより複雑な文章構造で英語にする場合は主語や関係代名詞を注意して使う必要があります。第2文目はaboutを使うと続くのは名詞句になるのでrateとroseの間には関係代名詞が必要となります。cancellationは通常は数えられない名詞なのでmanyは使えません。largeかhugeを使うといいでしょう。4文目のtheyは漠然とした主語ですが、ここでは補う必要があるかもしれません。
