私が最近海外のニュースで気になっているのは、イラクのニュースである。イラクでは、対テロという名目で政府がいろんな町に攻撃していて、何もしていない一般市民に甚大な被害を与えている。例えば、イラクのファルージャという町では、人体に有害な物質を含む爆弾などが使われた影響で、最近は普通よりも明らかに多い数の異形児が生まれている。私の友人がイラクやヨルダンで実際にこの問題の解決にあたっており、彼女からイラクの現状を聞くと胸が痛くなる。世界中の出来事に常に関心を持ち続けていたい。

A news I'm concerning recently is about Iraq. In Iraq, the government is attacking on many cities for countering terror, resulting in extensive damage to citizen. For example, many abnormal infant were born by the effect of using bombs which include harmful substances to human. My friend is working on the problem in Iraq and Jordan. I feel sadness to hear the situation of Iraq from her. I intend to keep my eyes toward incidents around the world.
