白金青い池【北海道】

池の面積は1万2千平方メートルで、深さ2.5～5メートル。陸から見ると水色だが、水は透明で酸性が強いこともなく、不思議な色の原因は分かっていない。
この美しい池を撮影した画像は、アップル社MacBook Proのデスクトップ壁紙に採用された。

青い池の水が青い理由、白金温泉街にございます『白ひげの滝』などから、アルミニウムを含んだ水が流れでている。


（滝は崖の途中から地下水が湧き出ている潜流瀑。）

Platinum blue lake ( in Hokkaido )

The area of the lake is 12,000 square meter, the depth is from 2.5 to 5 meter. When you look surface of the lake from land, water looks light blue, but water itself is clear and quality is low acid, so there is no certain reason of the mysterious color.
The photograph of this lake was adopted as a desktop wall paper for MacBook Pro by Apple., inc.

The reason of the mysterious blue color of the blue lake is said that water which contains aluminum flows from "Shirohige no Taki (white beard waterfall)" near Shirogane hot spring area.

( This waterfall is groundwater coming from en route of a cliff.)
