再度発送履歴を確認させて頂きましたが、すでに弊社発送済みにはなるのですが
税関にて止まっている或いは発送過程にて商品が紛失されてしまっている状況でございます。
この度トラッキングNoにて追跡できないsal便でのサービスにて発送しており、これ以上調査することができず、いつあなた様へ商品がお届けできるか確認ができない状況にございます。
