以前は、海外から仕入れていて商材は、小売り店舗への卸しと自社のECサイトで販売していました。現在は、自社で生産した商材を卸しする営業方針に変わりました。郊外に構えている小売りの店舗は、革商品はすべて自社ブランドですが、スニーカーはメーカーから仕入れています。今後は、取り扱い予定のサンダルを提案したいです
