以前は、海外から仕入れていて商材は、小売り店舗への卸しと自社のECサイトで販売していました。現在は、自社で生産した商材を卸しする営業方針に変わりました。郊外に構えている小売りの店舗は、革商品はすべて自社ブランドですが、スニーカーはメーカーから仕入れています。今後は、取り扱い予定のサンダルを提案したいです

Previously, after stocking the comodities from overseas they were sold at whoesale price at the retail shops and at our company's EC site. But now, I changed it into a business policy so that now the commodities manufactured at our company are being sold at wholesale.Though the retail shop in the suburbs have all the leather articles from our company but, the sneakers are being stocked from the manufacturer.
I want to put a proposal for sandals as our future business plan.
