Log into your Account and select My Account. Select the Order that you would like to return and choose 'Return'. Fill in required fields on the Return Page. If you ordered multiple items and are returning multiple items, you can select 'Add Item to Return' and fill in the required fields. You may write in comments if desired and click 'Submit' when finished.
Securely repackage your items. Cover or remove any original mailing address label or carrier barcodes from the package. NOTE: Please do not use the original shoe box as your shipping box.
