レビューありがとうございます。一点些細な疑問ですが、productsと複数形を使っているのでareと書きましたが、なぜisを使用したほうがよいのですか？

正しくはfollowing product is missingでしたね。
話の内容から、5個注文してそのうち1個が欠品だったと書いてあるので単数isとしました。
