パーツの壊れと、一部パーツが欠品して届きました。
返品して新しい商品が届きました。
ですが、またパーツが欠品して届きました。
何度も同じミスをしないでください。
パーツの欠品と返品にかかった送料をメールしました。
返品の送料は負担してくれると約束してくれていたので
17ドル返金してくれましたが、パーツの欠品に対しての返事が返ってきません。
返事が返ってこないので異議申し立てをさせていただきます。
商品代金の半分を返金していただけませんか？
また返品するのが大変です。
それで納得します。

The item was delivered but with damage and missing some parts.
I returned it and received the exchanged item.
But, some of the parts were missing again.
Please do not make same mistakes.
I emailed the expensed incurred for missing parts and that of I paid for the return.
As we agreed that you absorb the return shipping fee, you paid back to me at $17.00, but I have not received any response about the missing parts.
I am going to escalate this case to a claim as I have not heard from you.
Would you issue a refund at a half amount of item price?
It is troublesome to return the item again.
I will be satisfied with 50% of refund.
