Thank you for asking. I am sorry for the inconvenience that you cannot track your package. I requested to the International Bureau and they also tracked on-site* website as well, but could not get additional information after the package left Japan. I already offered special research again to Japan Post. I am very sorry again to bother you because of the shipping company trouble. As soon as I get the research result, I will send you reply.
