We are not able to get signature confirmation for International Shipping on this package which is what PayPal requires for seller protection. We would still like to ship this item to you but would need an International Postal Money Order received and cashed before we can ship. We will refund your PayPal payment and wait for the International Postal Money Order to arrive, or if you would like we can simply cancel the order all together.
