"bluetooth's tests"というのはやや不自然な感じを受けます。"testing of bluetooth"または"bluetooth test"とする方がよいかと思います。また、ここでの「日本向け」は「日本『市場』向け」と解釈すべきかと思いますので、"intended for the Japanese market"とさせていただきました。
「（テストが）進んでいる」は"proceed"を使っても良いと思いますが、"on track"というともっと自然に聞こえます。
テストされているのは人ではなく製品なので、「合格する」の主語はここではbluetooth製品とした方が良いかと思います。
「方法を色々知っている」の「色々」は、忠実に訳せば"various"の方が良いでしょう。
「いつ発送できますか」は人を主語にして"when will you be ready for dispatch"などと表現する方が自然な印象を受けます。
「CIFの場合」は、調べてみたところ"on CIF basis"というのがよく使われる表現のようです。「教えてくれますか」はもう少し原文に忠実に訳すると、"would you let me know"となるかと思います。
