Additional info: 商品を発送したのですが、まだ届いていないとメールの返事がありましたが、追跡サービスでは、巣で、郵便局に届いていて、受け取られていないので、どうなっているのでしょうか？

私どもでは、既に５月２８日に発送を行い、
（日本郵便のe-packetというサービスで送りました。）
（追跡サービスを利用しましたが、RR 905 558 263 JPで
其方でもご確認ください。）
アメリカの郵便局には、６月５日に到着しております。
申し訳ございませんが、再度郵便局に確認してもられないでしょうか？

なお、取り扱い郵便局は14604と表示されています。
