In regard to the item AA that you have ordered recently, although we have proposed the alternative item due to the loss on the way from warehouse previously, today we are informed from the wholesaler that they have the stock of AA.
As soon as the item arrives to us, after checking, we will ship it out to you.
If you would like to cancel this order, we can still accept by following the cancellation procedure described below.
