7/25に送ったメールは見て頂けましたか？返信がなく心配でしたので、再度メール致します。
7/15に発注した商品はまだ届いていないのですが、7/17に発注した商品は既に直送でお客様の所へ届いています。17日より先に頼んだ15日分がまだ届かないというのはどういう事か説明して下さい。
7/15と7/24に発注した商品はもう発送して頂けましたか？いつ発送したか教えて下さい。
早急に調べて、お返事ください。宜しくお願いします。

The order of 15th July has not arrived, but the order of 17th July was delivered directly to the customer. Please explain why the goods ordered 17 days ago has not yet arrived.
