素敵なオファーをありがとう。それらの商品の仕入れを検討しているのだが、数日前に私のPayPalアカウントは審査のために停止された。PayPalの審査の担当者がいうには、最近、私が大きな金額の取引をしたからだそうだ。審査終了には数日かかるらしい。8月の頭になれば、私のPayPalアカウントは再び送金可能な状態になる思うので、それまで待って頂けるだろうか？

investigation かexaminationか、どちらに統一すればよかったですね。

Thank you for the review! I think there is no problem with using both of the words. It's better not to use the same word as less as possible.
