あなたは2011年7月28日にUPSで商品の発送手続きを完了した事を私に知らせてくれましたが、未だにあなたから知らされた追跡番号を調べてもステータスが更新されていません。あなたとは別のセラー2人が昨日にUPSで発送してくれた商品は更新されています。あなたの発送してくれた商品の追跡番号だけが未だに更新されていません。これ以上私を不安にさせると、私はあなたを良いセラーと評価できません。商品の現在の状況を教えて下さい！私は一刻も早くこの商品が必要なのです。

You informed me that the shipment procedure was completed by UPS, however I checked the tracking number which you gave me and the status has not been updated yet. The products which two other sellers sent to me yesterday were updated. Only the tracking number you gave me has not been updated. I can not rate you as a good seller if you make me more worried. Please let me know the current situation of the products. I need the products without delay.
