But you waited till the 15th day to open a case without letting me know anything was wrong. I have responded here AND sent a messsage and not getting a response. Id like to settle something and I have to get this back so I can return the item to the manufactuer and I wont be able to soon so please tell me if you want to return or me to issue you $20 for the glass being different.
I am trusting your word as I haven't seen the pictures myself that it is wrong, but I want to get the settled. If this is a return for not the correct item, I will pay shipping and return but it cant be used.

しかし、期日である１５日目になるまでお客様は受け取られた商品が異なるものだったかどうか開封して確認をされませんでした。再三にわたりこちらより返信と連絡をし、メッセージをお送りいたしましたが何の回答もいただけませんでした。この商品を回収する為にこちらで何らかの手を打たねばなりません。回収後は製造元に返品することになりますが、今すぐ対応できそうにもありません。そのグラスをご返品頂くか、こちらより誤送した商品の迷惑料として＄２０の返金のいずれかをご選択下さい。
私自身がその誤送品の写真を見たわけでなないのですが、お客様がおっしゃることを私は信じています。しかしながらこの問題は解決が必要です。誤送品としての返品扱いになさるのであれば、当方より返品送料を負担するということもできるのですが、今回はそれができません。
