Additional info: eBayの取引において。商品を発送したが、相手国の税関で書類が不足しているから通過できず、私のほうへ返送されるとバイヤーは主張しています。しかし、私は間違いなく必要書類を添付して発送したので、私に誤りはない、という内容です。

正直、なぜ商品があなたのところへ届かないのかわかりません。私は間違いなく必要な書類を添付して発送しました。そもそも必要書類の不足があると、郵便局員が受け付けてくれません。以前、ハンガリーに発送してちゃんと届きましたし、他国でも今まで届かなかったことは一度もありませんでした。私のほうに誤りはないので、今すぐ返金することはできないですし、送料の返金もできません。ハンガリーの税関がおかしいのだと思います。

To be honest, I don't quite understand why the item doesn't arrive at your end. I shipped it with necessary documents for sure. Japanese post offices don't accept the shipment without those documents to begin with. I had sent an item to Hungary and it arrived without trouble and I have no experience that items had not arrived to customers. Since there is no error on my side, I cannot refund to you immediately as well as the shipping cost. Something must be wrong with Hungarian customs.

"Japanese post offices" のかわりに”Japan Post"置き換えると情報が明確になるかなと思ったぐらいで、あとは特に読んでいて気になるところはありませんでした。
