paypalに電話で確認した所　私の本人確認が終わっていない為、そちらの返金を受け取れないようです。

そして本人確認が終われば　もう一度、売り手側に返金処理をしてもらうように言われました。

お手数ですがもう一度　返金処理をお願いします。

確認は「modified」というじゃないですね。しかも「modify identification」という英語すら存在しないですよね。
