注文商品はINVOICEの通りでOKです。
Aの価格についても理解しました。
BとCは発売日が決まったら連絡下さい。
Dは新しいものを送ってもらうしかないと思います。
正常なDと比較して見ましたが、不具合のある2つのパーツは明らかに不良品です。
また、顧客に販売したDの1つにはlocking panのネジが付属されていませんでした。
当社に同じサイズのネジがあったので解決しました。
Dはもう一度検品してから発送して下さい。

もしも日本直送の送料が高すぎなければ、
直送を依頼するかもしれません。

I think that Item D is only able to be received by postage.
I compared to the normal D item, however there seems to be two parts that are clearly defects.
Also, one of the locking pan's screws to item D is not attached.
The same company has the same size screws so that issues has been settled.
After you inspect item D once more, please send it.

If directly sending the item to Japan is too expensive, you may able able to request a direct deliver
