Are size 4 balls of "product A" certified as "FIFA INSPECTED"?

We should like to have the certification so we can use it in our official games.

While we could confirm that size 5 balls are certificated as it is shown on the web,
we could not find any certification for size 4.

So please e-mail us a copy of size 4's certification.
