・10日のミーティングについて、本社からは私、Aさんに加えて経理担当のBさんが参加します。私は来月以降米国事務所に移転することとなったため、Bさんが私の後任になります。在任中に頂いたご協力に改めて感謝します。
・Jさん、Gさんに詳細をご説明頂いたおかげで、ようやく現在の状況を理解できました。P社の名義でA契約を締結することに特に不安がありましたが、ご説明頂いたおかげで解決しました。本件は引き続きHさんに対応してもらう予定です。

- Thanks to J and G's kind explanation, I was able to fully see the situation. I had a concern about concluding the A contract under the name of P, but now the problem seems resolved thanks to the explanation. H will further continue to take care of this matter.
