全般的には伝えようとしている内容がうまく表現されていると思います。返品や返金が顧客にも販売者にも好ましい結果ではないので、Happyという単語を表現に用いるのはよろしくないように思います。
Genericにはお店のWebsiteとかで見たことがある表現ですが、個別案件でHappyというのはやりすぎだったかもしれません。ありがとうございます。
