Hello,

My name is B, the moderator of A.

I was very impressed by the way you spread Japanese culture by way of manga.

I would love for us to work on a collaborative work of some sort. Would it be possible for us to meet to exchange ideas?

Than you for your consideration.

Hello,

My name is B who manages A.

I have seen the website that you are managing.
I was very impressed by the way you spread Japanese culture that is easily understood using manga .

I would love for us to work on a collaborative work of some sort. Would it be possible for us to meet to exchange ideas?

Thank you! You're right I missed the part that talks about "having seen the website" sorry :(

But と申しますis a more polite way of saying my name is... So to say "my name is", then suddenly speak in the third person (who is...) is very unnatural.

Thank you very much for the review.

Am I allowed to comment on reviews like what I'm doing?

Hi koh31. Yes your opinions are valid. But some reviewers might take it personally. So as much as possible, try to be as polite as possible, okay?

Yeah, you got a point there.. I just think that Japanese language is naturally more polite than English. For this instance, it might be better to say.. "Hi there, I am B who currently manages A". A greeting prior to actually introducing oneself. Gambatte ne in translating.
