お互いに解決策を模索できないかと考えています。


私が今回クレームを上げた配送では、追加オプションを選択したのに、
保護材がはいっていませんでした。

もし、保護材を入れていただいていたとしたら、
今回の破損は避けられたかも知れません。

今回のDHLによる保障は商品の価値に加えて、送料もカバーされますか？

I have a strong dissatisfaction for your recent packing which is not apply only to this issue, but I'm seeking a solution each other.

About the shipping which I made a claim this time, I selected an additional option but there was no cushioning.

If you put the cushioning, it might have avoided this damage.

Does this DHL insurance cover the shipping fee in addition to the value of the product itself?
