一つ分からない事がある。2014/06/16 に日本の空港から飛行機で発送されているのに、ブラジルへの到着が2014/06/24 と8日間かかっている。飛行機が8日間も空を飛び続けるだろうか？

If you ship it via EMS for the US, the item should arrive at the customer's door in 2 to 3 days. However, the shipment for Brazil is extra time-consuming.
One thing that I don't understand is that it has taken 8 days to get the item shipped from Japan on 2014/06/16 to Brazil on 2014/06/24. How could an aiplane possibly fly around for 8 days straight?
