先日購入した商品ですが、初期不良と思われる現象が発生しています。
お手数ですが、交換もしくは返品等の対応をお願いできませんでしょうか？

　電源コードを接続し、スイッチを入れてもLEDが点灯せず、予熱もされない状態です。
　ABS、PLAのいずれのスイッチでも同様で、コンセントを代えるなどしても、まった
く動作しません。
　同時に２つ購入していますが、片方は問題ありません。１つだけ問題が発生している
状況です。

There is a symptom of initial failure on the item that I have purchased the other day.
Please take care of this issue by exchanging or returning the item.

There is no an LED light on or warm up after turning on the switch.
The same thing is happening when ABS or PLA switch is on. I tried changing an adapter but it won't work either.
I have purchased two items at the same time and one is working just fine but the other.

I appreciate if you could take care of this issue.
