以下のようなエラーが表示されます。キャッシュ系のバグのような気もしますが修正方法はありますか？利用しているPHPのバージョンは5.4です。

あと投稿した際のURLをタイトル名ではなくランダムの7文字の英数字(例えばEx98JiU)などにすることはできますか？
例えばタイトル名が日本語の場合、エラーにはならないのですがTwitterなどで投稿すると以下のような表示になってしまいます。
致命的なエラーではないのですがちょっとかっこ悪いですね。対応が難しい場合は現状のままで構いません。

The below error message shows. Seems like cache bugs, but is there any way to fix them? The PHP version I use is 5.4.

Also, is it possible to change the url when I post from the title name to a randomized 7 digits combining letters and figures (i.e. Ex98JiU)? For instance, when the title was named in Japanese, it won't err but the below could show when posted to Twitter and the like. Although this is not a fatal error, it is not cool. If it's difficult to fix the problem, you may leave it as is.
