This is unacceptable - it is clear from yesterday that you have 2 in stocks before I ordered. I canceled the first order because the shipping address was wrong so I reordered it with the correct address. it seems that you are just making some excuses about the stock. I even check it couple of hours ago and I can still see that you still have one on stock. My son is expecting this on his birthday in August and I told him yesterday that I finally ordered him his most dream toy. I can't believe that Amazon will do this as I ordered many items from this site before.

ちょっとこれは頂けないかな、と思います。昨日の時点で、私が注文をしたときには2つ在庫があることは確実の筈でした。最初に注文は、私が配送先を間違えて入れてしまったためにキャンセルしたのですが、次に正しい住所を入れて再注文致しました。在庫がないことについて、結局そちらで言い訳をしているのではないでしょうか？私のほうで数時間前に確認もしていており、そちらでまだ1つ在庫がある、というステータスを見ています。私の息子が8月の誕生日にこれを受け取ることを期待しており、私自身も息子が夢にまで見たおもちゃを注文したと話してしまっているのです。アマゾンからはこれまでに何度も注文していますが、このようなミスがあるとは全く信じられません。

最初のThis is unacceptableの和訳は妥協してはいけない部分だと思います。「ちょっと頂けない」どころではなくて「ありえない」の方がよろしいのではないでしょうか。全体的には読みやすい内容になっていました。
