members areでした、失礼しました。

memmberは可算名詞です。ここでは単数形なのでbe動詞は複数形のAreではなく単数形のisを使用しました。

memberが集合名詞として文法上単数としても使えることは承知しており、ただしそれはmember全体の性質などを述べるときに使うべきと思いここは単純に3人名前を並べるだけなので複数が自然と思い複数としました。
"member is as follows" での検索: 706k件
"members are as follows" での検索: 1,140k件
ただし検索件数からどちらも間違いとはいえないので、添削して訂正というのはやりすぎかもしれません。ご気分害されたらお詫びします。
